Facility Rental

We strive to provide the community with a clean, safe environment to hold functions that support our mission and vision at reasonable costs.

Thank you for your interest in renting our facility. As a Christian, nonprofit we are happy to rent our facility for uses that support our mission and vision, including (but not limited to) worship services, seminars, workshops, concerts, weddings, and funerals. Please review our terms. conditions, and fees before contacting us.

Terms and Conditions

(The Facility User is the person listed as the Responsible Party on the Facility Rental Agreement.)

In consideration of “permissive entry and use” of the designated facilities for the described activity, the Facility User on the Facility Rental Agreement, their representatives, heirs, and assigns, do hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ministries of Christ and MOC Foundation for any activity arising from the negligence or fault of the Facility User during the use of these facilities. Furthermore, the Facility User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ministries of Christ and MOC Foundation and their employees from any claims, judgments, or expenses incurred by or as a result of this activity.

  • MOC functions and activities have priority over Facility Users.
  • MOC reserves the right to preempt use of the facilities by Facility Users and advanced notice will be given when possible.
  • The facilities must only be used for the described activity during the time(s) allotted and Facility User will vacate the premises upon request by MOC.
  • All equipment used must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Facility User must ensure the facilities are cleaned and returned to their original condition or state which includes removal of all trash. 
  • Freestanding candles, devices that might overload electrical circuits, or anything else that might be deemed a fire hazard are prohibited.
  • Nothing may be attached to walls, pews, ceilings, or floors that might damage them and all decorations must be removed by set time of departure at conclusion of event.
  • Persons under the age of 18 may be present only in the direct care of Facility User and must never be left unattended on MOC premises at any time.
  • No alcoholic beverages or controlled substances are allowed in the building or surrounding land. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building or immediately outside our facility.
  • Facility User is required to remain in areas specified in the agreement, and are responsible for keeping attendees confined to those areas.
  • The facility may not be used for any purposes that would violate or otherwise disrespect the beliefs of MOC.

Fees

The fees listed here are for informational purposes only and are subject to change at the discretion of MOC. Final fees will be listed on the signed Facility Rental Agreement.

$250 (for up to 6 hours of usage)

  • Fee covers use of space, opening of doors, and closing of doors only.
  • Facility User is responsible for any special setup and all cleanup.
  • Use of audio and visual equipment is restricted to approved persons only.
  • For list of persons approved to use audio and visual equipment, contact us.
  • Fee does not include payment to approved audio and visual personnel.

$200 (for up to 6 hours)

  • Fee covers use of space, cooking utensils, and cooking equipment; opening of doors; and closing of doors only.
  • Does NOT include use of cooking supplies (e.g. plates, cups, aluminum foil, disposable utensils). 
  • Facility User is responsible for any special setup and all cleanup.
The Facility User will be billed for any work MOC must do to return the facility and equipment to its condition prior to rental. Below are some surcharge examples.
  • Audiovisual resetting: $650
  • Carpet and chair cleaning: $800
  • Plumbing: $150 per hour

Yes. If you are requesting to hold an event that is not sponsored by MOC, you will need to pay the fees as listed.

Yes. The fees cover incurred costs, including (but not limited to) facility maintenance, electricity, water, supplies, and cleaning.

Rental fees do not apply to funeral services for active members of a Ministries of Christ church who pass. However, a love offering from the family is appreciated and the family may need to provide love offerings to those they request to play, sing, and deliver the eulogy.

No. Facility Users are responsible for ensuring they have the personnel needed to support their event. There is an emergency contact provided at the time of the event; but that person is not available to answer general questions such as how to work the equipment.
It varies based on your event needs and personnel availability. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will work to provide you an accurate estimate of cost for onsite support.

No. Office equipment is restricted and unavailable to Facility Users.
